Why have I been asked to verify my phone number?
Previously we've made changes to our site and apps that were to help keep our DoneDeal community safe. That meant that you had to confirm your account is associated with a valid email address.
Today, we've added another step to help improve trust and safety across our site and apps. This means that now we are asking all users with a DoneDeal account to verify their phone number. By verifying your phone number it will help to make your ads stand out from the crowd as the most trustworthy ones to choose.
