If you’re having difficulty accessing the DoneDeal app on your iPhone, it’s possible that the version installed on your device is no longer supported.
Don’t worry — there are simple ways to continue accessing DoneDeal.
Option 1: Create a Home Screen Shortcut (Older iOS Versions)
If you’re using an older version of iOS and cannot download the latest app version, you can create a shortcut to DoneDeal using Safari.
Step 1: Open Safari
Go to www.donedeal.ie
Step 2: Tap the “Share” (Action) Button
This is the square icon with an arrow pointing upward.
Step 3: Select “Add to Home Screen”
Step 4: Tap “Add”
You’ll find this in the top right corner of the screen.
A DoneDeal icon will now appear on your Home Screen, allowing you to access the website quickly — just like an app.
Option 2: Update the App (iOS 6 or Above)
If you are using iOS 6 or above:
Open the App Store
Search for DoneDeal
Download or update to the latest version of the DoneDeal app
Using the latest version ensures you have access to all features and the best performance.
