Signing up for a new account

Getting started on DoneDeal is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to create your account.

Step 1: Sign Up

1. Click the Sign Up button at the top of the homepage.

2. Enter your details, including:

   • A valid email address

   • A secure password

   • The name you would like displayed on your account

3. Agree to our Terms of Use.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

After signing up, you will receive an email asking you to verify your address.

Click the Confirm now link in the email to complete verification.

Important: You will not be able to place ads, message sellers or save searches until your email address has been verified.

If you do not see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 3: Verify Your Profile

Once your account is created, we recommend verifying your profile details.

Profile verification helps:

• Build trust within the DoneDeal community

• Increase buyer confidence

• Improve your chances of selling faster

Once verified, you’re ready to start buying and selling on DoneDeal.
