My ad isn’t displayed in the correct section

When placing your ad, you are given the opportunity to place your ad in a relevant section e.g. Dogs. You can check what section your ad is in by looking at your placed ads in your account.

Sections are broken down into more relevant sub sections e.g. Cycling in Sports & Hobbies. To ensure your ad is in the correct category make sure to reference the category in the Brief Description or Description of your ad. 

DoneDeal's internal search engine will also help people find it by searching for the description text in your ad. If your ad doesn't contain accurate information our system may not return results if people use the white search box.

Once your ad is placed, you cannot change sections.  If you would like to change the section of your ad please contact our customer support team.
