Now that you have a DoneDeal account, you can manage everything in one place. Your account dashboard gives you full control over your ads and saved listings.
Here’s a quick overview of what you can do.
Viewing Your Ads
In your account overview, you’ll see:
A photo of each ad
The current status of the ad (e.g. Active, Withdrawn, Sold)
Management options displayed to the right of each listing
This allows you to quickly check how your ads are performing and take action when needed.

Edit
You can edit your ad for free while it is active on DoneDeal.
Update your description, price, photos or contact details at any time.
Bump Up
After two days, you can bump your ad to move it back to the top of search results.
This helps increase visibility if interest has slowed.
Spotlight
Spotlight places your ad in a premium position at the top of search results.
This promotional feature can help attract more views.
Withdraw
You can temporarily withdraw your ad if you’re in the process of finalising a sale.
This removes it from public view while keeping it in your account.
Remove
You can:
Mark your ad as Sold, or
Delete it completely
Marking an item as sold helps keep the marketplace accurate and up to date.
Saved Ads
You can also view all the ads you’ve saved or are “watching” directly from your account. This makes it easy to return to items you’re interested in without searching again.
