How to Find and Manage Your Placed Ads
Need to mark your ad as sold?
Want to take it down temporarily?
Looking to edit or bump it back to the top of search results?
Or perhaps you want to Spotlight it?
You can do all of this from your DoneDeal account.
Step 1: Sign In
Sign in using the email address and password you used when placing your ad.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the password reset option and we’ll email you instructions straight away.
Step 2: Go to My Ads
Navigate to:
My Profile > My Ads
Here you’ll see all your live ads and can manage each one individually.
Where to Find Your Placed Ads
On the Android or iOS App
Press the Menu button.
Select My Profile.
Select My Ads.
Choose Placed Ads.
Tap the option to manage each individual ad.
On Desktop or Mobile Website
Click your username in the top right corner.
Select My Ads from the dropdown menu.
Click Manage beside the ad you want to update.
Your Management Options
From your Listed Ads, you can choose:
Edit – Change details of your ad.
Bump Up – Move your ad back to the top of search results (when eligible).
Withdraw – Hide your ad temporarily (for example, while negotiating with a buyer).
Remove – Delete your ad or mark it as sold.
Spotlight – Promote your ad for increased visibility (available in certain sections).
