This is a simple way to ensure you don’t miss out on new items.
How to Set Up a Saved Search
Follow these steps:
Search for the item you’re interested in (for example, “cycling”).
Refine your results to make them more specific (for example, Selecting "County Kildare" from the location filter).
Click Save Search.

Choose your preferred notification option:
Daily alerts
Instant alerts
No alerts
Click Save Search to confirm.
Instant alerts are only available for more refined searches.
Once saved, your search will appear in your DoneDeal profile.
Notification Options
Daily Alerts
You will receive:
One daily email
A push notification
These will include any new ads that match your search criteria.
Instant Alerts
You will receive:
An email
A push notification
as soon as a new ad matching your criteria is uploaded.
If you receive too many alerts, refine your search further to narrow the results.
Managing Your Saved Searches
To manage your alerts:
Sign in to your DoneDeal account.
Go to your profile.
Click on Saved Searches.
From here, you can:
Change the frequency of alerts
Turn notifications on or off
Delete a saved search
If you no longer need a saved search, simply click the X beside it and it will be removed immediately.
Saving searches helps you stay informed and react quickly when the right item becomes available.
