If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, you can request a password reset link directly from the login page.
Steps to Reset Your Password
- Click “Log in” in the top-right corner of the DoneDeal website
- Select “Forgotten Password” below the password field
- Enter the email address linked to your DoneDeal account
- If prompted, verify your phone number
- Check your email inbox — and remember to check your Junk or Spam folder
- Click the reset link in the email
- Enter and confirm your new password
Important: Phone Number Verification
To help keep your account secure, we’ve introduced an additional requirement when requesting a password reset.
- You will be required to have a verified a phone number linked to your account before a reset can be requested.
- This helps ensure that only the account owner can request a password change.
If you don’t have a verified phone number on your account, you won’t be able to complete the reset using the standard flow.
In this case, please contact us by submitting a request through our web form, and our team will assist you.
Password Requirements
Your new password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, C)
- One lowercase letter (e.g. a, b, c)
- One number (e.g. 1, 2, 3)
- One special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)
Make sure your password is secure and not used on other platforms.
