If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, you can request a password reset link directly from the login page.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Click “Log in” in the top-right corner of the DoneDeal website.
Select “Forgotten Password” below the password field.
Enter the email address linked to your DoneDeal account.
Check your email inbox — and remember to check your Junk or Spam folder.
Click the reset link in the email.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Password Requirements
Your new password must include:
At least 8 characters
One uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, C)
One lowercase letter (e.g. a, b, c)
One number (e.g. 1, 2, 3)
One special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)
Make sure your password is secure and not used on other platforms.
